Extreme Roof Plumbing is a family owned & operated business. Blake has been a roof plumber for over 15 years now, with wife Tamara working in the Building industry for over eight years. Together they operate the business well, with Blake conducting all onsite meetings with clients & Tamara completing the office side of duties with quoting, invoicing & approvals.
We not only service the Perth Metropolitan area, but also in regional areas of Western Australia

Based in Osborne Park, they are located centrally for us to be able to pick up materials or have them delivered in a quick and prompt turn around time frame. The relationship we have built and continue to build with Revolution benefits not only us, but also you as the client. “The process of using Extreme Roof Plumbing”
- Blake will visit site to complete an onsite measure of your roofing needs. We arrange this for a time that is suitable for you. He will have brochures for you to view regarding colour selections, and he will discuss with you the most suitable materials for the job.
- A no obligation quote will be emailed to you within 2 working days of the site visit, it will detail the works that we have allowed for. Our quotes are valid for 30 days, and if you have received another written quote, we are happy to review it to see if we can match and ensure that both companies have allowed for the same works.
- Blake or Tamara will give you a follow up call the following day, to see if you have any questions or concerns that you would like to discuss.
- Quotation to be signed and returned if you wish to proceed. A deposit will need to be paid to secure the works.
- If shire approval is required, we will commence the process of arranging the application, of which we will need you to sign as the client. It is important to note that not all works require shire approval.
- We will confirm a start date for the works – subject to weather. Majority of the jobs we do are done within 2-3 working days. The site will be left clean and tidy to ensure there is nothing that you need to clean up. All old materials will be removed from the site, giving you peace of mind of a complete job.
